Class Schedule

Class Schedule

Monday - Friday

4 CrossFit classes offered daily - built to challenge all fitness levels and keep you progressing with purpose. Class times are: 5am, 11am, 4:15pm, and 5:30pm.

Saturday

1 CrossFit class to kick off the weekend, followed by a dedicated pliability session to recover and reset. Class is at 10am followed by Pliability at 11:15am.

Open Gym

Need flexibility? Our facility is open 7 days a week for open gym. Come in, lift heavy, move freely, and put in the work on your own terms.
