Her coaching style combines high expectations with unwavering support, challenging members to push past self-doubt while knowing they always have someone in their corner. Whether you're learning your first squat or chasing a new PR, Tiffany will encourage you, challenge you, and remind you that growth happens just outside your comfort zone.

Jake loves helping athletes break through the limits they’ve placed on themselves, whether that means working around an injury, getting past a plateau, or finally accomplishing something they didn’t think they could do. He has a passion for strength and Olympic weightlifting and believes great coaching means meeting each athlete exactly where they are. Jake gets just as excited watching someone hit their first barbell squat as he does watching someone squat 350 pounds. For him, progress is progress—and every athlete deserves coaching that helps them keep moving forward.

Barb believes some of the biggest victories in CrossFit happen long before the whiteboard is erased. Caleb loves helping people pursue a healthier lifestyle and accomplish the goals they set for themselves. He especially enjoys watching someone push through a fear or limitation and realize they can do something they weren’t sure they could. Caleb wants every athlete, regardless of fitness level, to leave his class proud of the work they put in (and maybe a little sore). He believes CrossFit is about challenging yourself while being surrounded by people who genuinely care about your progress and encourage you along the way.

Jesse believes the best part of CrossFit has always been the people and the community. He loves helping members discover they’re stronger and more capable than they realize and seeing that strength improve their lives outside the gym. That belief is personal for Jesse. After more than 25 years working in search and rescue aviation as a Hoist Operator and Rescue Tech, he credits 15 years of CrossFit with helping keep his body and mind capable of meeting the demands of the job. For Jesse, coaching is an opportunity to help others build that same kind of strength for whatever life asks of them.

Jess brings the energy wherever she goes—and usually brings a few new people with her. She has a gift for making people feel included and is always inviting someone to CrossFit, Bible study, church, or whatever else she's decided they need to experience. She's funny, spunky, encouraging, and never afraid to provide a running commentary on the workout... especially when she doesn't approve of what's on the whiteboard. But underneath all the complaining is someone who genuinely loves people, loves this community, and makes every class a little more fun just by being there.
Special Talents
Favorite Movement: Any thing she can complain about
Favorite Workout: AMRAP (As Many Remarks As Possible)... Basically anything she can talk through because socializing is part of her training stimulus.
